We know you love organic New Zealand honey. We’ve taken the best of our organic New Zealand white clover honey and combined it with some health-packed friends to create our new, unique flavour range of Organic Fusions honey.

Organic New Zealand white clover honey

Is they honey we chose for the base for our Organic Fusions range. The bees collect nectar from the white clover flowers found in the isolated Southern Alps of South Island New Zealand. It’s a delicate smooth and creamy honey which makes it the perfect base to pair with other delicious and health-giving products.

Organic Fusions: Organic honey with lavender

If you ever needed an excuse to stop and relax, we provided you with one. Organic honey with lavender provides a sweetly calming topping to toast, crumpets or muffins. Or you could add a teaspoon to hot water and sip at this relaxing and calming drink.

Honey contains anti-inflammatory properties, whilst lavender is believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Research suggests that lavender may be also be helpful in treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.

The organic lavender we’ve teamed up our organic NZ white clover honey with is harvested from New Zealand’s South Island. We use organic Lavender grown in New Zealand. The lavender is grown in a natural, untouched, pristine New Zealand environment, beside snowcapped mountains, turquoise rivers, and glacial lakes.

What could be more warming on a cold day, or to sooth away the aches and pains of the day than sipping away at a spoonful of Organic Fusions: Organic honey with ginger in a mug of hot water? Or enjoying it dripping off the side of a slice of spiced fruit bread.

Organic ginger is warming and soothing. Something we love to reach for if we’re feeling the need to warm up or fight the cold. Ginger is rich in gingerol, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

We’ve sourced organic ginger from New Zealand supplier of organic and biodynamic ingredients and foods.

Organic Fusions: Organic honey with cocoa

Sweetly indulgent, we’ve teamed up our organic NZ white clover honey with the tasty superfood cocoa. Leave chocolate nut spreads at the supermarket. This is a far more delicious and healthy toast-topper.

We thought that Ceres organic cocoa would be the perfect combination for our honey. It’s one of the richest sources of polyphenols and is plentiful in flavanols, which have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

And you just thought it tasted delicious! Organic honey with cocoa is the perfect excuse to stop and indulge yourself.

How to make the most of your Organic Fusions honey
